Concept Evolution Detector
Detects how groups appear, split, merge and disappear in a feature stream, and turns that into a monitor for fleets of machines: which units left their peers, when, and through which variables — with no fault-free history and no labels.
- Tennessee Eastman process, 100 runs: detection 0.86 with no alarm before any fault, against 0.77 for a PCA monitor trained on clean runs.
- NASA C-MAPSS turbofans: 0.71 detection with no false alarms on FD001, against 0.22 for PCA.
- The web app runs every computation in the browser; no account needed.
